The Civil War in Greece in the Macedonian Historiography

Summary/Abstract: The article reviews the achievements of a part of Macedonian historiography that focuses on the involvement of Macedonians in different aspects of the Greek Civil War. It also includes memoir production from the domain of oral history based on the memories and testimonies of individuals as a source for documenting personal experiences and views of the historical past but also as a source of data on the cultural heritage of Macedonians from Greece – Aegean Macedonia, which remains as a testimony of a past time.
