SOME OBSERVATIONS ON HUSEYIN CAVID'S ART, POLITICAL AND LEGAL THOUGHT

Summary/Abstract: In general, the beginning of the 19th and the end of the 20th century is a period of revival in Azerbaijan's artistic and political thought in the process of national awakening, self-expression and independence. Azerbaijani intellectuals have been the engine of the national awakening of the Caucasian Turks. One of the most vivid figures depicting this view is the famous Azerbaijani poet Huseyin Cavid. To determine Cavid's place in Azerbaijan's literary environment, to evaluate his publishing and historical heritage, to define his relationship with his contemporary, the relationship with the literary personality and creativity of the poet. To show the role of creative principles in the formation and development and to provide scientific interpretations to research. With this study, it is aimed to investigate Hüseyin Cavid's period, life, literary environment, modernity, the origin and origin of his political and legal views. Huseyin Cavid's political and legal views are part of his views on human rights and freedoms. He has always defended the interests of his people, the oppressed and the exploited, and his socio-political ideas, publisher articles and works are primarily devoted to the material and spiritual development of the people. With this study, the characteristics of different environments and Cavid's moral evolution, peculiar features; various relations with family environment and modernity, the form, content and essence of social and literary activities as a result of these relations; political and legal opinions; literary heritage and approach to this heritage, literary courts and researches are included.
