Summary/Abstract: Professional legal ethics is one of the applied ethics types formed on the basis of the relationship and interdependence between legal and moral principles, norms, legal and moral consciousness. Moreover, professional legal ethics is a particular form of manifestation of morality in general. Professional ethics of a lawyer helps the process of forming the consciousness and moral views of those working in the legal profession correctly, directs them to observe moral standards, to provide real justice, to protect the rights, freedom, honor and dignity of individuals and to protect their rights. In general, professional ethics is a code of conduct that lawyers have to comply with, primarily in the community, with their clients and in court while performing their profession and in court during the trial. For this reason, in this study, the ethical rules of law that lawyers have to comply with in the legal profession are examined.
