Summary/Abstract: The decisions of the Commercial Court and its quality are highly dependent on the quality of the prior legal process itself. The application of modern methods of quality improvement could bring us with reaching verdicts of higher quality, as well. This paper presents us with the improvements of the Commercial Court in Užice made through applying QFD method.
