Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the essence and content of the principles of compulsory health insurance as the main regulatory principles of the national health insurance model. Subject to the idea of giving them a systematic summary, the research clarifies - through normative analysis and legal dogmatic approach their main characteristics, significance and some specifics of their further development in the specifics of health insurance norms.
