Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the use of humor and irony in institutional communication. Language registers are also tracked if they can be exploited by resorting to some form of institutionalized communication, institutionalized discourse, which conveys the institution’s ideas about one event or another. The standard register, of course, is the one shown. Can colloquial and colloquial register terms also be used?
