Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the theoretical basis of the issue of school cheating. It clarifies the phenomenon of school cheating in connection with scientific knowledge and results of renowned experts on an international scale with an emphasis on ethical-moral, socio-psychological and pedagogical-didactic aspects in the educational conditions of secondary schools. The contribution was processed within the solution of the grant project KEGA no. 001DTI-4/2018 Cheating in the schools as a problematic aspect of evaluating the results of the educational process in secondary schools.
