Summary/Abstract: The Mexican Criminal Justice System was reformed in 2008, entering into forcé troughout the country in 2016. This work is a brief tour of the Mexican Criminal Justice System, going throug the principles that govern it, the reformed Mexican Constitution articles and the different stages of the criminal process.
