Summary/Abstract: Example of two Romanian colleagues and friends in Iassy’s College, famous scientists, again colleagues in the Romanian Academy and celebrated scientist in the country and abroad is an exceptional model for young people to be hard workers, honest and professional devoted. Both of them (Grigore Antipa and Emil Racoviţă) oppened new ways in biological research activities, organized institutions which today are prestigoius with their scientific activities and educational programmes. It is about two great Romanian and global scientists and patriots.
