Comments on the exercise of the right to pension by military magistrates

Summary/Abstract: Following the presentation of the legal framework for the right to pension in Romania and for the principles guiding the organization of the public pension system, the author makes an analysis of the regulations to be found in military codes, while warning about what would be in his opinion some deficiencies capable to prejudice some of the holders of this right.
