THE CLASSIFICATION OF CRIME BASED ON JUSTICE ACCORDING TO THE PENAL LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Summary/Abstract: The study object of the following article is the analysis of the issue of classification of crime based on justice according to the Penal Law of the Republic of Moldova. Using the method of classification there have been highlighted different criteria upon which different exponents of the penal doctrine set the typology of crime based on justice. It has been ascertained that the most efficient criterion for the classification of the above mentioned acts of the judicial object of the crime which reveals the nature of the social relations that are being threatened by its doing.
