Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to reveal the perceptions of students who will pursue a career in the tourism sector in the future towards ethical problems in tourism establishments. A qualitative research was carried out in order to determine the students’ opinions on the basic ethical problems in tourism establishments, the causes of these problems, the role of employees, managers and customers in unethical behaviors, and the solution of ethical problems in establishments. 8 open-ended questions were asked to students through the semi-structured interview technique, and the data obtained were analyzed with content analysis. The findings of the study show that students are conscious about ethical concepts and principles, they were disturbed by unethical behaviors in establishments in their own experiences and that they will attach importance to this issue in their career preferences. In addition, students advocate that education should raise awareness about ethical problems in tourism enterprises and ethical principles should be the priority of the business
