Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the scientific innovations promoted by Academician Gheorghe Marinescu (1863–1938), a Romanian scientist and physician. The latter is considered to have anticipated the future by transdisciplinarity, as during his career he combined Physics and Medicine, and Cinematography and Medicine.
