Summary/Abstract: The present study presents a brief examination of the crime of disclosure of state secret information, a crime that has a lower crime rate compared to other crimes that are part of the group of service crimes. The examination took into account an overview of the incrimination with some references to the previous law, as well as the examination of pre-existing elements, constitutive content, forms, modalities of commission and some aspects regarding the competence of criminal prosecution and trial. The novelties concern in particular the comparative examination of the text in force with that of the previous law, which allow the design of a general framework for the identification and application of the more favourable criminal law in transitional situations. The paper is part of a university course to be published in the future at a recognized publishing house in this field in the country. The study can be useful for theorists, especially students of specialized faculties in the country, as well as practitioners in this field.
