PROTECTION OF THE INJURED PERSON IN THE EVENT OF FAMILY VIOLENCE

Summary/Abstract: Domestic aggression "is hard to reveal" being reported to the prosecution bodies, usually after escalating, after having repeated several times, by other people than family members, the intra-familial violence being an ubiquitous, dangerous and difficult to control social phenomenon. Because the purpose of the law is to discourage or punish aggressors, as appropriate, and the reconciliation, as a manifestation of will, to be honest, certain, should be expressed only during the trial, until the document instituting the proceedings has been read before it.
