Summary/Abstract: The present study’s nodal points consist in the answer provided to the present thematic number announced by Sfera Politicii, approaching direct effects such as: the political formulae of the extras and of the removed; the destiny of the only one Romanian who has emigrated in France to do comics and the politically correct effect felt, contaminant, from the French areal. The pretext of the present study could be easily attached to Ion Manolescu’s assertion that, comics can be accepted as integration conductor inside a united Europe, with multiple (graphical) speeds.
