Summary/Abstract: By the authorities, 12 Angry Man is considered as one of the most important work of the cinema history. 12 Angry Men is a film that can be subject to interdisciplinary studies. The quality of the film, shot in 1957, which can be the subject of interdisciplinary studies, is not only based on the cinema techniques used; but also the criticism / interpretation of the basic concepts such as justice, image, persuasion, prejudice and interest come forward as the key components. These concepts come to the force as the concepts that construct the 'substance' of the International Relations discipline. In particular, the content of the main discussions on the discipline in the historical process has been shaped within the framework of the concepts mentioned above. The interpretation of these concepts by different theoretical approaches is one of the most important problems encountered by the discipline. This study aims to present a conceptual and systematic criticism of the International Relations discipline based on the 12 Angry Man’s basic concepts. The differentiation of these concepts after being interpreted by the different approaches in the respect of context and meaning, emerge as a very interesting point.
