FACTORS OF INNOVATION APPLICATIONS IN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: This research is a study that is a part of a comprehensive doctoral dissertation on "Decentralization of Educational Services". With this dimension, it is aimed to determine the factors affecting the innovation practices in educational management. For this purpose, the research has been done by using documentary source scanning method. In the process of implementing innovations in education management, it is seen that there are often some positive or negative obstacles and administrative crises that affect the implementation of the innovation. The factors affecting the implementation of innovations in education can be classified as a)Policy Factors, b)Environment Factors, c)Resource Factors, d)Intervention Factors. In order for the innovations made in education to be successfully implemented, first of all, determining the basic and main reasons of the problematic situation, conducting sufficient examination and research before the implementation, examining the alternatives for the solution of the problem and providing the support of all stakeholders, and as a result of all these, taking into account the importance of psychological effect It is considered important to present it to stakeholders with carefully prepared psychological packages.
