Achieving academic success requires students to acquire human values as well as academic skills and to transform these values into behavior. This research was conducted to reveal the relationship between effective school culture and student success by scanning the relevant literature and to offer the necessary suggestions to the relevant parties as a result of the research. Survey model was used in conducting this research. The data of the research was obtained by examining and interpreting the relevant literature. At the end of the research, it was seen that school cultures are largely shaped by school principals and that effective school cultures have a positive impact on student success.
