Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to carry out, first of all, a theoretical analysis of the right of withdrawal enjoyed by the consumer within distance contracts and off-premises contracts, a right regulated in GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals. The theoretical approach will be completed later with one of the most recent cases in the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
