Summary/Abstract: The procedure under discussion establishes rules on assistance for the recovery in Romania of debts established in another Member State of the European Union, as well as assistance for the recovery in another Member State of the European Union of claims established in Romania. It is included in art. 310‑335 of the Fiscal Procedure Code.
