Summary/Abstract: Poverty is one of the basic assumptions of the Sustainable Development Program, and it is in the world with a trend of permanent growth. It is impossible to set the condition of global growth and development as the basis of existential policy unless macro and micro economic measures affect the most significant part of the world's population in poverty reduction. The importance of poverty as a global problem for humanity has been emphasized since the instrument of measuring, monitoring and influencing it was introduced for this phenomenon.
