Summary/Abstract: In this article, expert Bojana Todorović analyzes the position of the institution of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality in the Republic of Serbia, as well as its actions and activities. Particular attention is paid to the examples of action in the practice of this national body for the promotion of equality, in order to present its functioning, but also in an attempt to contribute to the exchange of experience with other countries in the field of protection against discrimination, in particular with countries where a similar understanding of the rule of law and the circumstances prevailing in its principles are implemented.
