Summary/Abstract: The concept of "knowledge management" is associated with modern science andpractice of management. Knowledge management is a systematic process of identifying, using andtransmitting information and knowledge that people can create, improve and apply. Knowledgemanagement can be defined as the art of creating value from intangible assets of an organization, asa focused process of converting knowledge into value. Knowledge management leads to changes inthe mindset of many managers, to a departure from various obsolete, orthodox approaches. The maingoal of knowledge management is the creation of new and more powerful competitive advantages
