Summary/Abstract: Human resources management within the framework of the team's strategy isthe determining factor in the effectiveness of the activity of this entity, as well as the impact on thestate of the community. This is one of the most important factors of the economic and socialprogress of the nation. Human resources are called upon to help achieve the strategic objectives ofthe public body / organization by promoting and implementing effective human resourcemanagement within this framework. Human resources management is achieved by planning,coordinating, organizing, deploying, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of personnelprocedures in the public and frequent structures with respect to: development and organization offunctions / positions, providing employment, improvement and professional development ofpersonnel, motivation and staff stimulation and ensuring decent, agreeable living and workingconditions.
