Summary/Abstract: The article presents of a study of citizen participation in the formation, implementation and monitoring of education policies during the 2014-2020 programming period in the Gabrovo region. The study was made under the Citizens for a better education project, funded by the Good governance operational program, co-funded by the European Union, through the European Social Fund.
