Summary/Abstract: This article tackles the theme of global health from the perspective of multilateral diplomacy, with emphasis on the role of solidarity in the realisation of the right to health. It examines the resolutions of the UN General Assembly on the link between global health and foreign policy, as well as the relevant United Nations resolutions of 2020 on COVID-19. Special attention is paid to highlighting the importance of solidarity and multilateralism in the process of international cooperation for the realisation of the fundamental right to health worldwide.
