Summary/Abstract: This article provides a brief overview of the formation system of feminine professional titles in Czech and Russian. The main purpose is to identify and describe problems in the formation of feminine nouns that have a significate of job positions, occupations, and professions in the aforementioned languages. Another objective is to identify factors that prevent the formation and use of feminine forms. The article also performs a comparative analysis of the formation of feminine professional titles in Czech and Russian.
