Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the cultural, historical and foreign policy trends of the neoconservatives, which form the strongest wing of USA politics. In general, the foreign policy of the USA is evaluated as a whole, regardless of the differences between the political parties. The realist international tradition, based on the assumption that states are an integrated and consistent actor, has led to the determination of this form of analysis. However, the international paradigm, which especially emphasized the identity and social differences of the 1990s, also caused political differences in the foreign policy approaches among the Democrats and Republicans in the USA since the 2000s. Within this framework, it is necessary to take a closer look at the new right-wing policy that has penetrated into the ideological backgrounds of the foreign policy pursued by the USA at the regional and global level.
