General Aspects of Microobjects and Their Role in Crime Investigation

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the analysis of criminal investigation of microobjects. In order to detect microobjects, advanced scientific-technical means and professional skills for their application are required. Due to the small size of these objects and the specifics of working with them, the criminal investigation officer is recommended to invite specialists who have the appropriate scientific, technical skills. Taking into account the established characteristics, recommendations are given for improving the activity of processing microobjects, their importance in the criminal investigation, but also for the improvement of the criminal procedural legislation.
