Analiza situației în domeniul cercetării criminalistice a microobiectelor
Analysis of the Situation in the Field of Criminal Research of Microobiects

Summary/Abstract: The analysis of scientific materials on the subject of forensic research of microobjects published in the country and abroad is carried out. It is argued that in contemporary criminology there are discussions on the establishment of the concept of microobject, and its role in the criminal trial. Based on the opinions of specialists from CIS countries, the European Union and the USA, taking into account its own knowledge and experience, the author proposes the original definition of „microobjects”.
