Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the job satisfaction levels of education supervisors in terms of several variables. The sample of the research is composed of 184 supervisors from 4 different regions. The data were collected through “Supervisors’ Job Satisfaction Scale” and analyzed using two non-parametric tests: Mann–Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis analysis. According to the results of the research, there is no significant difference in the job satisfaction levels of supervisors with regard to their gender and their field of study before assigning as supervisors. With regard to their marital status, there is a significant difference in favor of divorced supervisors in benefits of job dimension. In terms of tenure, the supervisors with 21 years and over of tenure have a higher level of job satisfaction in terms of the whole survey and appreciation, respectability dimension than the ones with 6-10 years of tenure. In addition, the supervisors with 16-20 years of tenure have a higher level of job satisfaction with regard to benefits of job and promotion dimensions than the ones with 6-10 years of tenure. According to the population of the city where recruited, the result is positive in favor of big cities in terms of benefits of job dimension as well as the whole survey than the ones with less than 100 thousand. Besides, with regard to work conditions dimension the result is positive in favor of big cities than the ones with less than 401-600 thousand.There is a significant difference among groups in promotion dimension in terms of the region where recruited. The difference is between 1st and 3rd, as well as 4rd and 3th regions.
