Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to discuss on the argument related to the Professional qualification level in accordance with education inspectors’ in-service needs. This research is achieved by scanning model. Research universe consists of the 3200 education inspectors served in the entire Turkey between 2010 and 2011 education period. My samples are formed by 350 education inspectors who voluntarily participated in my study among the whole inspectors. In order to collect the useful data, the advantages of having two sections of surveying instruments are used accordingly. The first part of the surveying instrument is shaped by some personal questions. In the second part, there are in-service educational agent needs formed after the qualification articles prepared under the light of Education Inspectors (Sketch) Qualifications which is designated after the 7th Workshop for Manager Qualifications held as National Education Ministry’s project of 2b- Quality Assessment Constitution for secondary schools. The reliability and validity of the surveying instrument is accomplished. It also has 69 articles and SPSS package is used to analyse the data as well as some statistic approaches such as frequency, percentage, variant analysis and v-test. The basic objective of this study is to determine the insights in regard to the needs of education inspectors for in-house training in relation to the vocational requirements. The research indicates that there is a high need for in house training under the section titled “Preanalysis/Interrogation Analysis” The following part has been the “Guidance” and “Research and Development” with high need for such training. Inspectors have indicated lees need for in-house training for “Management of Inspection” In the analysis fort he determination of the requirements of education inspectors for such training , gender, age, seniority, educational management, experience of having done in house training, time of such training have been related variables with meaningful differences. The research concludes with recommendations to the implementors and researchers in line with the findings.
