HARMONIZATION OF CULTURE AS A MECHANISM OF THE SELF-DEVELOPMENT: SYNERGETIC APPROACH

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to discover and analyze the phenomenon of culture harmonization as a tool of its self-development with the help of a synergistic approach. Methodology. The basis of the research is a synergistic approach, which defines the ontological perspective of culture and helps to identify its synergistic relations with nature, society, man, as well as provides new nonlinear solutions to its internal problems. A number of methods have been applied, integrated with systematic, cultural, and analytical approaches. Scientific novelty. Within the synergistic approach, culture is considered as a complex unbalanced and at the same time self-organized system, the basis of which there are two tendencies - interdependence and unpredictability. The result is a particular situation of heightened creativity and search, which activates the processes of its self-development as a movement to a new harmonious state. Conclusions. The understanding culture within a synergistic paradigm allows one to combine the notions of classical and non-classical paradigms by presenting culture as a synthesis of general (laws) and individual (random events), determinism and indeterminism, and know its evolution as a multivariate and nonlinear process. The organization of cultural being is self-organization, determined from inside. The general law of this is the scale of transformation to more complex structures, when the transition from the lower to the higher occurs through the destruction of the mature and the mismatch of ordered elements of culture, through the entropy increase in the changing states, or in the process of alternating harmony and chaos, when the latter is not equilibrium harmony, achieving new harmony. The source of non-linearity and instability (chaos) in culture is freedom, conditioned by "anthropological complexity" - as a destabilizing and at the same time, creative force, which generates instability of the system and its transformation, as the dispersion of structurally-forming and semantic principles that harmonize.
