Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the work is to investigate stylistic features associated with neo-folklore elements in the work of domestic composers of the twentieth century. The methodology is to apply the general scientific principle of objectivity, historical-logical, analytical, comparative and cultural-art methods in the study of factors that led to the development of neofolklore stylistic tendencies in the creativity of Ukrainian composers of the twentieth century. of interactions, interactions and polystylistics in culture and art, determined by the peculiarities of the refraction angle within national cultures of the global and national flax-specific. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the complex analysis and disclosure of the peculiarities of the development of neo-folklore, which contributed to the formation of both the classical academic repertoire and modern trends related to world musical trends, which is the most striking manifestation of the numerous works of Ukrainian composers of the twentieth century. In turn, such modifications increase the level of performing skill, forming a holistic artistic and aesthetic phenomenon of Ukrainian musical culture. Conclusions. The development of musical culture of the twentieth century. was one of the important factors for preserving cultural identity and is now an integral part of Ukrainian national music culture, an important factor in the preservation and development of its individual genres, creative trends. the versatile interaction of academic music with folklore is today one of the most important components of contemporary music in Ukraine. Folklore melos, passed on from generation to generation, forms its unique everyday artistic dialect, which fruitfully influences musical creativity. It does not lose its original authentic origin; based on this, new forms of musical broadcasting emerge, expanding the boundaries of tradition, moving closer to professional, academic art. In today's life, neofolklore as a holistic phenomenon becomes important in the cultural and spiritual revival of the country, preservation of the precious heritage of the Ukrainian people, its cultural identity both domestically and abroad.
