Summary/Abstract: During the regional economic development certain rural settlements have become attractive for immigration and have an important place in the network of rural communities. They have been formed like rural centers, due to near urban agglomeration and traffic facility. Those rural centers, which are able to generate respectable economic impact in the region, become poles of the rural development in the certain regional rural community. They play the main role in future regional rural development in the country.
