Summary/Abstract: The primary aim of this research is to explain the impact of budget allocation in enhancing and restructuring the research and development of agricultural sector. However, the research has been conducted in the European nations while the mixed choice of research design has been chosen. For the qualitative analysis, the researcher has used the data of the EURO STAT while for the quantitative survey, the researcher has used the SPSS tool to evaluate the correlation and regression. The results clearly evaluate that there are a significant impact and relationship among the high budget allocation and agricultural research and development department.
