Summary/Abstract: Therefore, the Czech Ore Mountains, represented an area where means of early modern wartime logistics had been fully applied. The collected contributions were subject to strict supervision and inventory on the side of the city or state officials, for which the documentary evidence is provided by the increasing bureaucratization of the early modern state. At that time the Ore Mountains as a link between Saxony and Bohemia were carrying a considerable (definitely not negligeable) degree of the war load.
