Summary/Abstract: The author confirms that anti-Polish and anti-Jewish tendencies were equally strong in Russian politics until 1914 year. During First World War Russia wanted to present herself as a champion o f Jews against Polish nationalism. In the years 1914-1916 Russian literature and journalistic writing presented the Polish-Jewish relations in many short stories and articles.
