Summary/Abstract: Within this paper we perceived the bright mythical spaces in the poetry of Ljubomir Simović. We conclude that the Simović Saint Sava myth is seen as one of those, bright spaces. We proved this claim by observing the songs from the collection Gornji grad, which in one part treats the myth of Saint Sava. In addition, we dealt with the masterpiece of Simovic’s poetry poem-prayer Deset obraćanja Bogorodici trojeručici hilandarskoj.
