STRATEGIA CYBERBEZPIECZEŃSTWA JAKO PRZEJAW POLITYKI ADMINISTRACYJNEJ
CYBER-SECURITY STRATEGY AS A MANIFESTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY

Summary/Abstract: There is no doubt that the administrative policy is related to the policy of the state, whose one of the primary goals is to ensure that entities subject to its security authority – including security in cyberspace. This article presents considerations regarding the cybersecurity strategy of the Republic of Poland as a manifestation of the state’s administrative policy. It indicates the process of seeking the creation of this strategy, as well as the relationship between the law on the national cyber security system as a component of administrative law and the aforementioned strategy as an element of administrative policy.
