We study real life – remarks concerning job recruitment in Hellermann Tyton company

Summary/Abstract: In the era of the influx of many foreign companies, we can observe two main problems on our job market. One of them is the job candidates’ overestimated self-esteem or unfounded claims about their abilities, and the other one is the lack or poor knowledge of foreign languages. The present article includes information and reflection concerning the job recruitment procedure in companies on the example of Hellermann Tyton.
