THE ANALYSIS OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE TOPICS ON HALAL AND HARAM IN MAKTAB INSTRUCTION

Summary/Abstract: In today's world the concept of halal and haram is becoming increasingly discussed, however these concepts mostly imply the consumption of food which is halal or haram. Since many are still unfamiliar with this topic or have a supercial understanding of it and since it is evermore present in the media and in life in general, the first part of this work acquaints the reader with the general terminology (halal and haram, definitions and opinions) and the second part deals with the analysis of the representation of this issue (learning about halal and haram) in maktab instruction.
