Summary/Abstract: It has been more than 15 years since the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina ended with the Dayton Agreement, which was signed by Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia, with the involvement of the US Government and European Union. In this article, I am focusing on the issue of discriminatory ethnic and therefore religious representation which was introduced by the Dayton Agreement.
