Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to present new legislative and technological challenges in the waste management industry in Poland. The study focuses mainly on the diagnosis and analysis of legal and technological status in the enterprise REMONDIS Bydgoszcz Sp. z o. o. These changes and adjustments result from the European Union guidelines on new available techniques in waste management.
