Summary/Abstract: This article reviews the pathological problems among children and adolescents. The analysis included especially data on crimes against life, sexual freedom and morality, as well as crimes against property. There was an increase in juvenile delinquency. The movements in the formation of various crimes is presented. The causes of increase in crime among juvenile were indicated as well.
