Summary/Abstract: Upbringing is a lifelong process, one to which a person is subjected from birth to death. This process is based on an established system of values, which is first passed on to the child by the family, the immediate social environment. The ongoing socio-cultural, economic, political and demographic changes in Poland and the rest of the world indicate that the hierarchy of values of young people has changed over the years. It is essential that the generational transmission of traditional existential values is conducted through constructive intergenerational dialogue. This task should be implemented by both the family and social environment in which a young person exists. The institution of school is particularly important in this regard. In the article, the author presents her own way of implementing a multi-stage and multi-faceted senior project, integrating young people with different educational needs and the elderly from the local community in the spirit of Christian values.
