The Strategy of Development of the Corporate Sector of Economy of Ukraine in the Context of European Integration

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the necessity of foundation the new paradigm that determine development of conceptual and methodological approaches, mechanisms, models for corporations in thecoordinate system of the European integration of the country into the European space. The conceptual approach to strategic management of corporations in the context of the region has been proposed. In this context, the system includes elements: strategic planning capacity of corporationsand potential of the region, the management strategy for innovative growth companies in the region, analyzing the effectiveness of the strategy and decision-making. Identification of all theseparameters will allow to determine the percentage of the “free energy” for the further developmentand for the implementation of the appropriate strategy that aims at optimal formation, efficient useand development of economic potential of corporations and the region in general as well as toenhance the flexibility of the management system and innovation investment development in thecontext of European integration. The study of quality control has been developed in two regions:Dnipropetrovsk Region and Zaporizhzhya Region. Two main factors have been determined -economic growth and growth rate of foreign investment. These factors are the most importantfactors that influence the rates of innovation and investment growth in the region and enhance theeffectiveness of European integration processes. Therefore, it is necessary to focus the attentionand define strategic directions of development of these factors which will facilitate creating potential of the region, as well as business entities that operate in it.
