Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is the comparable analysis of the integrated development strategies inPoland with the actual diagnosis in the field of R+D sector. There is possibility to develop themodern economy based on new networks of enterprises and R+D sector development in Poland ina relatively short time. However, this possibility is under several conditions. There is a need forbuilding new structure for innovation transfer into products and services in voivodships to cut thecosts of implementation process .There is also the need to centralize private small enterprises toreach R&D goals and joint investments.
