Summary/Abstract: This article is a discussion of the basic views and positions of the so-called neo-messianic environment, with particular emphasis on the elements of the pessimistic and catastrophic discourse. The field of analysis is comprised of a book publication – Liturgia dziejów [Liturgy of history] by Paweł Rojek, and a few minor texts published primarily in the periodicals “Czterdzieści i cztery” and “Pressje,” i.e. the magazines, which most often have featured statements of the so-called neo-messianists.
